At FitGearX, we are committed to providing you with a smooth shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Below are the details of our shipping policies.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders or supply chain issues, your shipment may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options based on the destination:

For Canada:
Handling Time: 1-3 business days
Transit Time: 3-9 business days
Total Delivery Time: 4-12 business days
Shipping Costs: Free for orders over C$100. A flat fee of $15 applies for orders below C$75.

For the USA:
Handling Time: 1-3 business days
Transit Time: 4-8 business days
Total Delivery Time: 5-11 business days
Shipping Costs: Free for orders over $100. A flat fee of $15 applies for orders below $75.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@fitgearx.ca. We will help you track your order and resolve any delivery problems.

6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. FitGearX is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
