Eligibility: Returns are accepted for most products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including intimate wear, personalized items, and clearance products, may not be eligible for returns. These items will be clearly marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at admin@fitgearx.ca with your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible for a return based on our policy and the supplier's return conditions.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received an item that was defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, color, or change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by the supplier.
4. Refunds
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product Availability: Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@fitgearx.ca with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per the supplier’s policy.
